Existing Meridian Home Start tenants
Meridian Home Start's housing management and repairs service is currently provided by Pinnacle Group.
If you are an existing tenant and wish to report a repair or make an enquiry during office hours, the easiest way to get in touch is through the ARK app. The ARK app is available in the Apple and Android app stores to download on your mobile devices.
If you need to contact Pinnacle out of office hours please contact the Meridian Home Start Call Centre on: 0330 0242 777. This line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will answer your call promptly and make sure the right person calls you back during office hours. If, however you are reporting an emergency repair, they will ensure that our repairs contractor contacts you directly.
