What we do
Meridian Home Start is a not for profit company set up by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to offer high-quality homes for local working families to rent. The existing properties are in a number of locations around the Borough the majority of which are new build properties delivered to a high standard.
Who can apply to rent these homes?
You can apply for one of these properties if:

You have been in permanent employment for at least the last 12 months

You have lived in the borough for the last five years

Your combined household income does not exceed £88,000 per year
Priority will be given to:

People whose household income is at least £25,000 but less than £51,000 per year. Second priority given to households with an income between £51,001 to £88,000

People whose current home is overcrowded
-
People who are homeless or living in unsatisfactory accommodation

People on the Council’s Housing Register
-
Key Workers e.g. Teachers, NHS Staff, Emergency Services Staff etc
